Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include:
• Processing Orders
• Quoting customers
• E-mail communications, both internal and external
• Speaking with customers (inbound/outbound)
• Some inside sales duties, including lead generation and prospecting
• Reviewing customers' artwork
• Working as a TEAM
